I have nearly 20 years’ experience in sustainable real estate, spending a majority of my career at JLL, a global real estate advisory firm, latterly as a member of the UK Executive Board and UK Head of Sustainability. Prior to that, I was Team Director in JLL’s Sustainability Consulting business, leading growth of their service lines and client base. I also worked in-house for a Global Investment Manager and UK Housebuilder, creating and implementing strategies on the ground.

I have chaired several industry committees and taskforces focused on regulation, skills and government engagement and have a strong network and industry profile via UK:RE, RICS, UKREiiF, CBI, UKGBC and others.
I draw on all of this experience to help executive boards and leadership teams stay well positioned, informed and prepared for what’s ahead, and to help service & solution providers achieve commercial success by creating demand-led, client-centric go-to-market strategies.
